Data access and deletion requests
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding the personal data we process about you:
- Right of access (art. 15) – You can request information about what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Right to rectification (art. 16) – You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure (art. 17) – You can request that we delete your data, unless we have a legal basis to retain it.
- Right to restriction of processing (art. 18) – You can request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Right to data portability (art. 20) – You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to object (art. 21) – You can object to the processing of your data, for example for marketing purposes.
How to submit a request
Send an email to info@flyn.no and include:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number you are registered with
- What you are requesting – access, correction, deletion, or other
We process all requests within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
Complaints to the supervisory authority
If you believe we are processing your personal data in violation of applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
